摘  要:以供水状况、工程运营、人员体制3个方面为准则综合选取11个因素作为工程评价指标,意在建立一种具有综合性的农村饮水安全工程评价方法,为工程的安全和经济运行提供技术支持。采用层次分析法对指标进行分层研究并确定权重,在此基础上结合模糊评价理论构建出农村饮水安全工程的综合模糊评价模型。选取典型工程实例进行评价,通过计算与评价说明模型简便易行,可为农村饮水安全工程的完善和改进提供参考。In the three ways of water supply condition, project operation and management system, 11 indices have been select- ed which are intended for setting up comprehensive model for rural drinking water safety projects ,so it could let us know more about the operating conditions and economic running situation. The analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the index then determine the weight, then combined with the fuzzy evaluation method to establish the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model. One of the typical project has been chosen to verify the model through which to interpret the model's convenience. At last the model can be a reference for improving the rural drinking water safety oroieets.
