摘 要:中国国内电子雷管技术还处于研发阶段,有些省份已经成功研制出电子雷管产品,但由于其价格较高、组网能力有限使用较少。介绍了一种自主研发的电子雷管及其起爆系统,分析了在药头点火试验中遇到的问题,提高了组网能力;介绍了电子雷管在邢汾高速公路施工爆破和河北钢铁集团公司铁矿爆破中的试用情况,通过现场试用得出了使用电子雷管进行工程爆破综合成本并不高于传统电雷管或导爆管雷管的结论,证明了该电子雷管取代传统电雷管或导爆管雷管在爆破工程中大力推广的可行性。Currently, the technology of electronic detonators in China is still in the developing stage. The electronic detonators are successfully developed in some provinces, but because of the higher price and the limited networking capability, the use of it is not popular. An electronic detonator and the detonating control system is designed in this paper. The problems of experi- ments in medicated head are analyzed and the ability of network is improved. The trials of electronic detonators are introduced in Xing-Fen highway construction blasting and Hebei Iron and Steel Group's iron mine blasting. Field trials show that the com- prehensive cost in using electronic detonators for blasting is lower than the traditional detonators or nonel detonators, which proves the feasibility of using electronic detonators to replace traditional detonators or nonel detonators in blasting engineering projects.
