摘  要:针对高风速条件下风力发电机组频繁启停问题,提出一种基于机组实时风速信息分类的有功功率控制策略,该方法根据风力发电机组的运行状态和实时风速等信息对机组进行动态分类,并按风电机组最大发电能力和运行约束条件建立有功分配模型。理论和仿真分析结果表明,对每类机组使用不同的分配方法,可有效提高风电场有功功率输出的准确性;同时可减少机组的启停频度,有效延长机组的使用寿命;与基于容量比例分配的风电场有功控制策略相比,该控制策略更加有效、合理。The wind turbine generator system (WTGS) starts and stops frequently under high wind speed conditions. This paper put forward an active power control strategy based on real-time wind speed information classification of WTGS. Based on WTGS operating status and real-time wind speed information, WTGS was dynamically classified. According to the largest power generation capacity and operation restrictions of WTGS, the allocation model for active power was constructed. Analysis and simulations demonstrated that with the application of different allocation methods for each type of WTGS, the accuracy of the active power output of wind farm was improved. At the same time, the frequency of start and stop of WTGS was reduced and the service life of WTGS was effectively extended. Compared with the active control strategy in which the output power of WTGSs is proportional to their capacities, the control effect of the proposed control strategy is more effective and reasonable.
