优质护理在产科病房中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探索优质护理在产科病房中的应用效果。方法选取196例产妇作为研究对象,随机分成两组,分别采用常规护理和优质护理,研究不同护理模式下患者的满意度和护理水平的改善情况。结果优质护理组护理水平明显高于对照组,其中技术水平(t=12.143,P=0.001)、基础护理(t=9.055,P=0.002)、危重护理(t=11.247,P=0.001)、安全管理水平得分(t=8.871,P=0.005)明显高于对照组;优质护理组在主动服务满意度(χ2=7.692,P=0.006)、服务态度满意度(χ2=5.706,P=0.017)、健康教育满意度(χ2=4.923,P=0.027)和服务质量满意度(χ2=5.848,P=0.026)方面均明显高于对照组。结论优质护理对改善提升患者满意度和改善临床护理服务水平具有重要的意义,值得在临床护理中推广应用。Objective To study the application effect of high-quality nursing service in obstetrical department. Methods A total of 196 cases were chosen and divided into two groups in the study. Respectively by routine nursing and high quality nursing, under the different nursing mode of patients, the degree of satisfaction and nursing levels were compared. Results The technical level（t=12.143, P =0.001）, primary care（t =9.055, P =0.002）, critical care（t =11.247,P=0.001）, safety management level score（t=8.871, P=0.005） in high-quality nursing service group were higher than that in control group. Also, active service satisfaction（χ^2=7.692, P=0.006）, service attitude satisfaction（χ^2=5.706, P=0.017）, satisfaction with health education（χ^2=4.923, P=0.027） and quality of service satisfaction（χ^2=5.848, P=0.026） in high-quality nursing service group were significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion High-quality care is significance to improve patient satisfaction and the level of clinical care, so it is worthy to promote in clinical care.
