摘　　要：本研究通过一家综合性医院发展行为医学学科过程中的行动研究,探索了医生文化对行为医学学科建设的影响。研究指出,医生文化对行为医学学科建设有重要的影响。行为医学学科建设实践的主体是医院的医生,必须设法获得医生的理解、支持与参与。This study explores the impact of physician culture on the development of behavioral medicine discipline by an action research conducted in a hospital. The results show that physician culture has an important impact on the development of the behavioral medicine discipline. Physicians＇ understanding, support and participation is very important for the success of the development of the behavioral medicine discipline in hospitals.
