云南白药胶囊联合复方环丙沙星栓对NIH-ⅢA型前列腺炎患者的疗效评估

摘　　要：目的 评估云南白药胶囊联合复方环丙沙星栓对NIH-Ⅲ A型前列腺炎患者的治疗效果.方法 将70例临床诊断为NIH-ⅢA型前列腺炎患者按治疗方式的不同随机分为对照组（Group 1）和试验组（Group 2）.试验组35例患者接受云南白药胶囊联合复方环丙沙星栓治疗（复方环丙沙星栓1枚/次,2次/d,塞肛;云南白药胶囊2粒/次,3次/d）,对照组35例患者接受复方环丙沙星栓治疗（复方环丙沙星栓1枚/次,2次/d,塞肛）,两组患者连续治疗12周.收集患者入组前的人口统计学资料及基线资料;所有患者在初始入组以及治疗结束时要求填写NIH-CPSI（慢性前列腺炎症状指数评分表）,分别记录总的CPSI评分、疼痛症状评分、排尿症状评分以及生活质量评分.分别应用配对t检验、成组样本t检验分析治疗前后组内以及组间上述各评分的变化.结果 两组间的人口学特征以及基线资料相似.治疗前后两组组内CPSI总评分以及各分类评分的差异均存在显著的统计学意义（P＜0.05）.组间比较显示治疗后试验组CPSI以及各分类评分的变化率明显高于对照组,差异存在显著的统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 复方环丙沙星栓可以明显改善NIH-ⅢA型前列腺炎患者的症状,降低CPSI总评分以及分类评分;云南白药胶囊可以增强前者的治疗效果.Objectives To evaluate the efficacy of Yunnan Baiyao（YB） capsules combined with Compound Ciprofloxacin Suppository（CCS） in the treatment of NIH-ⅢA Prostatitis.Methods 70 patients affected by NIH-ⅢA Prostatitis were prospectively included in our study for multimodal drug therapy for 12 weeks.35 patients were randomized to monotherapy CCS （Group 1）,while 35 patients were assigned to CCS combined with YB capsules （Group 2）.NHI-CPSI questionnaires before and after treatment were recorded as well as demographics and baseline characteristics.Paired-samples T test and independent-samples T test were used to compare the above data.Results At 12 wks follow up,we observed a significant amelioration in NIH-CPSI total score and sub -scores in both Groups.Patients in Group 2 showed a significant improvement in the variation of NIH-CPSI total score and sub-scores when compared with Group 1.Conclusions A multimodal therapy,CCB,is of great efficiency in declining the NIH-CPSI total score and sub-scores of NIH-Ⅲ A Prostatitis patients.Yunnan Baiyao （YB） capsules may have great role in enhancing the therapeutic effect of CCB.
