摘  要:以DSP28069为核心控制器,辅以CPLD作为逻辑控制,构建了永磁电机控制硬件系统。经过DSP和CPLD发出控制信号,各相采用独立H桥的容错驱动设计,通过霍尔电流传感器、旋转变压器,实现电机相电流、转子位置、转速信号的采集,结合施密特触发器和CPLD实现了过流保护。以三相9/6极永磁电机为试验对象,实现了转速、电流双闭环控制,并采集了系统H桥电路的驱动信号波形、输出电压波形及电机的相电流波形。试验结果表明,设计的电机驱动硬件系统具有安全、可靠的工程实用价值。A control hardware system was built for permanent magnet motor, in which DSP28069 is core controller, and CPLD plays supplementary role. In the whole system, DSP and CPLD send commands to each phase. The proposed fault-tolerant drive was constituted of H-bridge. Phase current, rotor position and speed were acquired by using Hall current sensor and resolver respectively. Schmitt trigger and CPLD were combined to avoid overcurrent. The output voltage and phase current were measured by the speed and current dual-loop control in which a three-phase 9/6 pole permanent magnet motor was drived. The experimental results show that the designed hardware system is safe, reliable and practical.
