摘 要:为了快速直接求解油田断续供电节能控制中的感应电机软投入控制参数,考虑到转子转速近似恒同步速,有必要研究解析计算方法在求解软投入过程中感应电机电磁瞬态上的有效性和正确性。介绍感应电机软投入控制技术。基于感应电机对称、不对称空间矢量模型,对其软投入过程进行解析计算研究,重点描述解析计算过程及需要注意的问题。最后给出近似同步速下试验电机软投入中定子电流的解析计算结果,通过测试结果验证了解析计算的正确性。In order to calculate the control parameters directly and rapidly for the soft switching of induction motor during the intermittent power supply energy-saving control in oil fields, it is necessary to study the validity and correctness of the analytical solution of the motor electromagnetic transient during the soft switching in consideration of the approximate rotor synchronous speed. Firstly, the soft switching technology of induction motor was introduced. Then, the analytical research of the soft switching process was made based on the symmetric and asymmetric space vector models of induction motor. And the description of the analytical calculation process and the issues needing attention were focused on. Finally, the analytical solution results of the stator currents during the motor soft switching with the approximate synchronous speed were given. And the correctness of the analytical solution is verified by the test results.
