摘 要:针对传统2/3极单相磁通反向电机磁场调节困难的问题,在电机定子轭部开槽增加一组交流励磁补偿绕组来调节磁场。借助于有限元仿真,对比研究该电机空载情况下采用3种不同剩磁感应强度的永磁材料,转子在电枢绕组交链磁通最大位置时的磁力线分布、在不同幅值的交流励磁电流下的气隙磁密和电枢绕组交链磁通的变化,以及电机电枢绕组中感应反电动势。Magnetic fields are difficult to regulate in traditional signal phase 2/3flux reversal machine(FRM).Feasibility of a new regulation method that adds a set of AC excitation compensation winding in the yoke of stator slot is discussed.When the rotor is in the position where flux of armature winding is the biggest,distribution of magnetic lines of force is analyzed using finite element analysis(FEA).Besides,when the machine uses three different permanent magnet materials with different residual magnetism,changes of the air gap flux density and armature winding magnetic flux in different field current are also compared and analyzed,and the no-load back EMF is provided.
