摘　　要：从基于Internet/Intranet的国际科技合作企业集成化信息系统、蜜网技术支持的网络反竞争情报系统、人际情报网络和反竞争情报中心等四个部分构建了国际科技合作企业反竞争情报技术支持系统;从竞争情报检测与重定向以及蜜网环境的运行两个方面分析了蜜网技术支持的网络反竞争情报系统运行,探讨了人际情报网络反竞争情报的实施路径,剖析了反竞争情报中心的工作机理;认为国际科技合作企业反竞争情报技术支持系统工作的重点在于科学防范来自合作外方的人际网络和信息网络的情报收集工作,防止科技情报的泄密。The paper constructs a counterintelligence technical support system involving four parts of the international science and technol-ogy cooperation enterprise＇s integrated information system based on Internet/Intranet,the network counterintelligence system supported by the honeynet technology,human intelligence network,and counterintelligence center; analyzes the operation of the network counterintelli-gence system supported by the honeynet technology from the two aspects of competitive intelligence detection and redirection and the hon-eynet environment running,discusses the implementation path of the human intelligence network counterintelligence,analyzes the working mechanism of the counterintelligence center;and puts forward that the emphasis of the work of the counterintelligence technology support system in the international science and technology cooperation is to guard against the information collection work based on the foreign coop-eration enterprise＇s human network and information network so as to prevent the betrayal of confidential science and technology information.
