基于消错评价法的广东农业信息化水平评价

摘　　要：针对广东省农业信息化水平评价的问题,从农业信息化基础设施、信息化接入和使用水平等4个方面提出了包含10个指标的农业信息化水平评价指标体系,接着介绍选择消错评价法的原因与操作步骤,然后利用消错评价法对广东省农业信息水平进行评价。结果表明:新世纪以来广东农业信息化先后经历了相对落后到整体提高两个阶段,总体水平稳步提高,信息化基础设施的建设和使用是影响广东农业信息化建设的关键因素。In this paper,the evaluation problem of agricultural informatization level of Guangdong province is took as the main research topic. At first, an evaluation system which has 4 first-level indexes and 10 second-level indexes is built. Secondly, the advantages and main steps of Error-eliminating evaluation method are introduced. And then, the method of Error-eliminating evaluation is used to evaluate the agricultural informatization level of Guangdong province. The results show that, since the new century, the development of agricultural informatization in Guangdong has through relatively undeveloped and whole improved periods, the overall level is improved steadily, and the construction and application of information infrastructure are the key factors for agricultural informatization in Guangdong.
