基层农业信息服务三方博弈的描述与分析

摘　　要：以农业信息服务元单位三方博弈分析为基础,对元单位数量为n(n≥2)时农业信息服务中涉农政府、元单位和涉农企业三方进行博弈分析。分析结果表明元单位数量的变化不仅会引起博弈均衡的变化;同时,元单位对企业投资的竞争使得企业投资规模发生变化,最终引发县镇政府和元单位政府的政策分歧。以此解释了农业信息服务中存在的"最后一公里问题"——农业信息服务的"地方保护主义"。This paper is based on game analysis of the three parties in agriculture information service per unit. Analysis is con- ducted in agriculture-related government, per unit and agriculture-related companies when the number of per unit is larger or equal to 2. Result shows that the change of number of per unit causes the change of game equilibrium while investment to companies from per unit changes the scale of companies＇ investment. As a result, the policy in the county government is diverted from the one in per unit government. The result explains the ＂last kilometer problem＂ in agriculture information service, that is local protectionism.
