摘　　要：高校图书馆的期刊资源就是为高校教师、学生服务,为社会公众开放服务的。笔者探讨了大连海洋大学图书馆期刊资源的特点及有效利用途径,提出高校图书馆应该积极为社会开放提供服务。Dalian ocean university library periodical resources and effective use of the service： periodical resources of universi- ty library are to serve the college teachers and students, open to the public service tbr the society.
