摘　　要：网络环境下图书馆信息咨询员队伍建设存在队伍结构、管理机制、知识结构、服务意识等问题,应该通过教育培训、鼓励学习、引入竞争机制提高信息咨询员队伍素质。There are team structure, management mechanism, the knowledge structure, service consciousness and other issues in Team Building Of Library Information Consultant Under Network Environment, we can improve the team quali- ty of information consultant through education and training, encouraging learning and introducing competition mechanism.
