摘 要:研究了活性单体甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)对丁苯橡胶(SBR)接枝的影响;添加一定量的共单体苯乙烯(St),在转矩流变仪中制备成SBR-g-GMA接枝物,探讨了GMA、过氧化二苯二甲酰(BPO)的含量以及温度变化对接枝率的影响;利用红外光谱对其进行表征结构;测定接枝物的凝胶含量;使用化学滴定方法测定其接枝率。结果表明,在温度为130℃、GMA的质量分数为5%、BPO的质量分数为0.6%时,其接枝率最高达到2.2%。凝胶含量随BPO加入量的增多而增大。The active monomer glycidyl methacrylate (SBR)was studied in this paper. SBR-g-GMA was prepared in torque rheometer with styrene as a co- monomer, the influence of the content of GMA, BPO and temperature on the grafting rate was studied. The structure of grafted products was characterized by infrared spectroscopy; the gel content of grafted products was determined by dissolution; and the graft ratio was determined by chemical titration. The results showed that when the temperature was 130 ℃ ,the content of GMA was 5wt% ,the content of BPO was 0. 6wt%, the graft ratio reached 2.2 %. The content of gel affected by the content of BPO,in- creased with the increase of the amount of BPO.
