摘 要:采用Nd(vers)3-Al(i-Bu)2H-Al(i-Bu)2Cl均相稀土催化体系,以异戊二烯为单体和己烷为溶剂进行异戊二烯聚合反应,探讨稀土催化体系和聚合工艺条件对聚合物门尼粘度的影响规律,建立了不同条件下聚合物门尼粘度的关联曲线,提出稀土异戊橡胶门尼粘度优化控制方案。实验结果表明,稀土异戊橡胶门尼粘度随着催化剂中氢化二异丁基铝[Al(i-Bu)2H]与新癸酸钕[Nd(vers)3]配比、相对分子质量调节剂用量、催化剂用量和聚合温度的增加而降低;随着反应时间的增加而逐渐趋于稳定。开发出了门尼粘度为60±5、70±5、80±5、90±5的系列稀土异戊橡胶,满足不同橡胶制品对不同规格异戊橡胶产品的要求。Nd (vers) 3-Al (i-Bu) 2 HAl (i-Bu) 2 Cl homogeneous rare-earth catalyst system was used to initiate the polymerization of isoprene, and a series of isoprene rubber(IR) with different Mooney viscosity was synthesized. Effect of rare earth catalyst system and polymerization conditions on Moo- ney viscosity of IR was investigated, and the correlation curve of Mooney viscosity was established un- der the major effect factors, and optimization control scheme for the rare-earth IR mooney viscosity was put forward. The test results showed that Mooney viscosity of rare-earth IR decreased with the in creasing molar ratio of AI(i-Bu)2 H : Nd(vers)3, dosage of molecular weight regulator, dosage of cata- lyst and polymerization temperature. With the increase of reaction time, the rare earth IR Mooney vis- cosity gradually stabilized. Series of rare-earth isoprene rubber were developed with different Mooney viscosity(ML1+4^100℃= 60±5,70±5,80±5,90±5), and can meet the different requirements of vulcanized rubber products with different specifications of isoprene rubber.
