艾灸治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察艾灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将105例患者随机分为艾灸组39例、电针组44例和西乐葆组22例,连续治疗4星期。观察患者的膝关节疼痛VAS评分及膝关节功能积分。结果治疗后7 d、14 d、28 d,3组患者的膝关节疼痛VAS评分及膝关节功能评定总分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.001),且治疗后7 d、28 d,艾灸组和电针组患者膝关节功能评定总分较西乐葆组亦显著升高(P<0.05)。结论艾灸能有效减轻膝关节疼痛及改善膝关节功能,与电针组、西乐葆组疗效相似,且艾灸组对膝关节功能改善优于西乐葆组。Objective To observe the effects of moxibustion in treating knee osteoarthritis （KOA）.Method Totally 105 patients with KOA were randomly divided into a moxibustion group （n=39）, an electroacupuncture group （n=44） and a Celebrex group （n=22）. The three groups were treated successively for 4 weeks. The visual analogue scale （VAS） score of knee-joint pain and knee-joint function score were observed. Result Seven days, fourteen days and twenty-eight days respectively after the treatment, the VAS scores of knee-joint pain and knee-joint function scores were significantly decreased in the three groups （P〈0.001）. Fourteen days and twenty-eight days after the intervention, the knee-joint function scores of the moxibustion group and electroacupuncture group were significantly higher than those of the Celebrex group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Moxibustion therapy can improve the clinical symptoms and the knee-joint function in patients with KOA, similar to the electroacupuncture group and Celebrex group, and the moxibustion group has better effect in improving the knee-joint function compared to the Celebrex group.
