基于民办高校实用型物流专业人才培养的思考

摘　　要：随着我国物流业的高速发展,物流专业人才的紧缺迫使各高校争相开设物流专业。然而我国物流人才培养体系的设置仍不够完善,尤其针对如何培养符合企业需求的应用型物流人才,更成为了民办高校亟待解决的问题。因此围绕民办高校物流人才培养的现状及定位,文中提出了结合区域经济优化课程体系,结合企业实际运作优化教学内容及方法,结合校企深入合作优化师资队伍以及结合订单培养模式优化专业建设等几点思考。With the high-speed development of logistics in China, the lack of logistics professional personnel pushed many colleges to set up logistics majors. However, the setting of training system for logistics personnel in China isn＇t so complete. Especially how to train the practical logistics professional personnel who meet the requirement of enterprises has become the urgent problem for all the private colleges. Therefore, circling the current status and position of logistics personnel training in private college, this article proposes several thoughts on optimizing the course system taking the advantages of regional economy, optimizing the teaching contents and methods bonding with the practical operation of enterprises, optimizing the teaching staffs based on the further cooperation between enterprises and colleges, optimizing the major building integrating the ordering training mode.
