摘  要:采用访谈、文献分析、问卷调查等方法,研究责任心及其各子维度对工作绩效的预测性,为人力资源管理和大学生就业择业提供参考。具体采用整群抽样方法,数据的录入、管理和分析采用SPSS for Windows 13.0系统。进而得出结论:在责任心及其子维度与工作绩效的关系中,能力能较好地预测工作奉献任务绩效和客观绩效;成就动机能更好地预测人际促进;能力和成就动机对总绩效具有一定的预测作用。The purposes of research are to investigate the structure of conscientiousness, the structure of job performance the relations between conscientiousness and its sub-traits and job performance. For these purposes, some standard research methods, such as regression analysis, correlation analysis and exploratory factor analysis are employed. More than 216 have been surveyed. The conclusions drawn by this study are as follows: First, the conscientiousness composed of 5 factors: order,cautiousness,responsibility,ability and achievement. Secondly, the job performance composed of 3 factors: task-performance, Job-dedication and inter-personal-facilitation. Third, in the relations between conscientiousness and its sub-traits and job performance: ability which can predict job-dedication better; achievement which can predict inter-personal-facilitation better; ability and achievement which can predict job performance better.
