摘　　要：生物信息越来越受到重视。国内建立国家级生物样本库已有成熟的理论基础,国家临床医学研究中心的成立提供了实质操作的平台。通过分析国内外现有的大型样本库建设模式,探讨国内建设资源优化、成效显著的国家级生物样本库的可行方案。Human biological information becomes more and more valuable. There is well-developed theory on establishing national level bio-bank and the establishment of the National Clinical Research Center（NCRC） provides substantial operation platform for the construction of China national bio-bank. Based on the construction modes of domestic and foreign existing large bio-bank, the feasible plan on establishing an optimized and effective national bio-bank is discussed.
