摘 要:【目的】研究新疆陆地棉叶绿素含量和光合速率的QTL定位,为陆地棉高光效分子标记辅助选择育种提供理论指导。【方法】以高光效的陆地棉品系ZX1789和低光效陆地棉品系E563号组配衍生的(ZX1789×E563)F2和F2∶3家系为材料,应用复合区间作图法,对F2∶3家系的叶绿素含量、光合速率进行QTL定位。【结果】构建了包括9个连锁群、标记间平均距离14.7 cM、全长为587.3 cM的遗传连锁图谱,约占棉花基因组的11.6%。检测到1个与叶绿素含量相关的QTL,位于第19号染色体,可解释表型变异的21.25%,检测到2个与单叶光合速率相关的QTLs,分别位于第9、20号染色体,可解释表型变异的8.39%、14.52%。【结论】检测到与陆地棉叶绿素含量、光合速率性状相关的QTL标记位点,有利于新疆陆地棉高光效辅助选择育种,为进一步提高育种效率打下基础。[Objective] This research attempts to provide theoretic guidance in high photosynthetic efficiency molecular marker-assisted breeding of cooton by QTL mapping for the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rates in Xinjiang upland cotton.[Method] In this paper,a genetic linkage map was constructed by 180 F2 segregation population derived from a cross between ZX1789 × E56.The chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rates of the F2 plants and the F2∶3 family lines were analyzed by composite interval mapping (CIM).[Result] This map included 41 markers distributing in 9 linkage groups,covering 587.3 cM,accounting for 11.6% of the cotton genome,and with an average distance of 14.7 cM between two markers.These QTLs were located on 3 chromosomes,which were Chr.19,Chr.9,and Chr.20 and explained their corresponding phenotypic variations with 21.25%,8.39%,and 14.52%.Additive effects were mainly responsible for heredity of two characters.[Conclusion] These QTLs might provide valuable theoretical guidance for marker-assisted selection(MAS) in cotton high photosynthetic rates breeding program.
