县域文化对乡村文化的引导作用探析——以文化建设人才为视角

摘　　要：我国乡村文化建设存在着多方面的缺失问题,尤其在文化建设人才方面缺口很大。县域文化与乡村文化相邻,有着深厚的历史渊源。县域文化有着相对较高的层次水平,用县域文化来带动和引导乡村文化,发挥县域文化人才的引领作用,可实现县域文化与乡村文化的共建共赢。There are many kinds of lacks in rural areas cultural construction, especially in the cultural construction talent. County culture and rural culture is adiacent, and the two culture has a profound historical origin. Because the county culture has a relatively high level, if it drives and guides the rural culture, we can realize the county culture and rural culture to build a win-win, through setting up a bridge between county culture and rural culture, playing the leading role of county cultural talents.
