摘 要:本文利用实际生产数据,建立了板带材生产时出口带钢卷取过程中张力变化的数学模型,并对卷取张力恒定的影响因素进行了研究。通过公式推导和计算,得到了各影响因素的影响度。对比各因素影响度,得到张力恒定的主要影响因素,并建立其与张应力误差的解析关系。这对减小带钢卷取过程中张力的波动,进而提高恒张力精度,最终提高板带材的板形、板厚精度,有着十分重要的意义。The mathematic model of tension change during bending process for strips has been established in the text as per some practice data. The influence factors of constant bending tension have been studied. The influence degree of each factor has been obtained through formula derivation and calculation. The main influence factor of constant tension has been found out by comparing influence degree of each factor. The analysis relationship with tension error has been established. It is very important to reduce tension fluctuation during bending process for strips, which can improve the accuracy of constant tension as well as profile and thickness accuracy of strips.
