摘  要:本文提出了三种不同的大尺寸U形截面梁弯曲成形工艺,均可通过一道次折弯加工得到满足要求的工件。利用ABAQUS软件模拟成形过程,通过试算分析,归纳出适合于一道次折弯成形高强钢U形件的模具结构、下压行程、侧推行程等工艺参数,获得较高的成形精度。Three different kinds of bending process for large U cross-section beam have been presented in the text, by which the beam can be finished in single pass bending process. The ABAQUS software has been adopted to simulate the forming process. The parameters like tool structure, press stroke, and side push stroke which are suitable for single pass bending process for high strength steel U beam have been summarized by means of trial calculation and analysis. The higher forming accuracy has been obtained.
