摘 要:基于ABAQUS软件建立了三维有限元模型,采用Explicit显式算法对铸坯Q235B法兰件热辗扩成形过程进行数值模拟,研究了辗扩过程中温度场的变化规律。结果表明:辗扩过程中,环件温度始终是中间区域最高,而内外侧表面及上下端表面处为低温区,边缘区域最低,环件中间区域到表面区域的温度呈现由高到低的渐变分布,并且轴向方向上温度还呈现对称分布。本文的研究对铸辗成形工艺的制定与法兰件质量的预测具有指导性的意义。The 3D FE model has been established based on software ABAQUS, and the explicit algorithm has been adopted to numerically simulate the process of hot roiling forming for Q235B flange.The change rule of temperature field during hot rolling process has been studied. The results show that: the highest temperature always appears in the middle area of the ring billet during the rolling process,while the temperature of medial & lateral surface together with top & bottom is low, and the lowest is in edge regions;the temperature is gradually reduced from the middle area to surface areas of the ring blank and symmetrically distributed along axial direction. The results of this research provide significance guide for formulation of casting-rolling compound forming process and quality prediction of flange.
