摘　　要：本文以轴承盖为例,对金属形变热处理做了实验研究,并与普通锻造、调质处理工艺过程进行了比较。无论在综合机械性能上还是成本上,形变热处理都有较大的优势和应用价值,对类似零件的锻件热处理提供参考,具有一定的实际指导意义。Taking the bearing cover as the example, the thermomechanical treatment of metal has been tested and studied in the text, which has been compared with conventional forging and temper treatment process. It is concluded that thermomeehanical treatment has bigger advantages and application value in comprehensive mechanical properties and cost. It provides reference for forging heat treatment of similar parts.
