摘　　要：对某厂2 080 t/h亚临界锅炉进行性能测试试验,锅炉性能测试试验包括锅炉热效率测试试验、锅炉主要辅机电功率测试试验和空气预热器漏风测试试验等。试验中采用锅炉反平衡法对锅炉热效率进行计算,并分析了锅炉热效率试验结果的不确定度。结果表明,锅炉排烟温度偏低的现象严重,可以通过调整低温省煤器的启停时间或投运暖风器的方法进行改善。The performance test of 2080 t / h subcritical boiler in a power plant was made,which included the testing of the thermal efficiency of the boiler,air leakage test of air preheater,the electrical power test of auxiliary equipment and so on.The anti-balance method was used to calculate the thermal efficiency of the boiler,and the boiler thermal efficiency result＇s uncertainty was analyzed at the same time.The experimental results revealed the boiler flue gas temperature is much lower than the design value.It could be solved by adjusting the operation time of the lowtemperature economizer or the air heater correctly.
