摘　　要：本文对海务、机务管理人员的专项职业能力量化标准进行了探讨,提出一种有效的培训模式,以达到提高海务机务管理人员专项职业能力的目的。In this paper, the quantitative criteria of special professional competence for marine and engine management staff are discussed, and an effective training model is proposed, so that we can achieve the purpose of improving marine and engine management staff of special professional competence.
