摘 要:为改善热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)的力学和热性能,采用热剥离-还原石墨烯纳米片(TRG)为改性剂,经母料-熔融共混法制备TPU/TRG纳米复合材料,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X线光电子能谱、拉伸性能测试、X线衍射(XRD)和示差扫描量热法(DSC)等表征天然石墨粉、氧化石墨和TRG的形貌以及复合材料的力学、热学和微观结构。结果表明,TRG的加入能显著提高TPU基体的力学性能,当加入少量(质量分数1%)的TRG时,TPU/TRG纳米复合材料的弹性模量与纯TPU相比提高了64%,TRG的加入还提高了TPU的定伸(100%)应力。DSC测试表明,TRG的加入提高了复合材料的热性能,当加入质量分数1%的TRG时,其熔融温度和结晶温度分别提高了约14℃和11℃。XRD和SEM分析表明,TRG已经均匀地分散到TPU基体中。In order to improve the mechanical and thermal properties of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), the thermal exfoliated- reduction graphene nanosheet (TRG) was selected as modifier and the TPU/TRG nanocomposites were prepared via masterbatch-melting compounding process. The morphology of Natural Graphite Powder (NGP) , Graphite Oxide ( GO ) , TRG and the mechanical, thermal properties, and micro-structure of the TPU/TRG nanocomposites were investigated by using scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectrum (XPS), tensile tests, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) tests, respectively. The results showed that the mechanical property was improved by adding TRG. When a small amount ( 1 wt. % ) of TRG was added, the Young' s modulus of TPU was improved by 64% , compared with that of pure TPU. Moreover, the strain stress under 100% of TPU was also raised when TRG was added. DSC tests showed that TRG improved the thermal property of TPU. When 1 wt. % TRG was added, the melting temperature (Tm) and crystalline temperature (Tc ) were increased about 13℃ and 11℃, respectively, compared with those of pure TPU ; XRD and SEM characterizations showed that TRG was dispersed uniformly in the TPU matrix.
