成都地区外窗传热系数与遮阳系数对建筑能耗的影响

摘  要:应用能耗模拟分析软件De ST-h,模拟计算成都地区某10层居住建筑东、西、南、北4个方向外窗传热系数与遮阳系数对建筑能耗的影响。结果表明:外窗取9 mm空气层厚的单框中空玻璃节能效果最佳;在东、西、南、北4个方向上,南向外窗遮阳系数的变化对采暖空调能耗影响最大,北向、西向次之,东向最小。因此采取遮阳措施时应优先考虑南向外窗。Applying the energy consumption simulation analysis software--DeST- h, a ten layers residential building in Chengdu region were simulated. The effects of heat transfer coefficient and shading coefficient of external windows on building energy consumption were calculated in the east, west, south and north directions. The results showed that the optimum energy -saving technique was obtained when using single frame insulating glass with air layer thickness of 9mm for external window. In the east, west, south and north four directions, the maximum influence of shading coefficient variation on heating and air conditioning energy consumption was on south direction, followed by north and west, then east. Therefore, south external windows should be given priority when sunshade measures were put to use.
