北京对口援助墨玉县现状研究

摘　　要：墨玉县隶属和田地区,少数民族人口居多,人均耕地面积稀少,经济落后,社会不稳定因素较多。新一轮援疆工作实施以来,北京市对口支援墨玉县已历时3年有余,墨玉县各方面的发展都得到了明显的改善,然而在发展过程中,也有一些不可忽略的问题亟待解决。通过一系列的调查研究,在统计分析的基础上,给出解决墨玉县发展困境的对策建议。Moyu county is subordinate to Hotan prefecture. ethnic minorities preponderate in the population of that part of the country.Area of farmland of average per capita is scarce,and economy is backward,and Social instability factors are more. Since the implementation of a new round of aid work in Xinjiang,Beijing municipality has do coordinated support with Moyu county has lasted 3 years,the development of all aspects of Moyu county are significantly improved. However,in the process of development,there are also some problems that can not be ignored to be solved. Through a series of investigations,on the basis of statistical analysis,suggested countermeasures to solve the dilemma of the development of Moyu county is given
