兵团精神对“90后”大学生的育人效能与对策研究——基于塔里木大学的实证调查

摘　　要：兵团精神是兵团先进文化的核心,通过兵团精神教育,有利于当代大学生培养爱国主义情怀、树立远大理想信念、发扬艰苦奋斗传统美德、激发创新成才意识。作者通过对塔里木大学在校大学生进行调查和访谈,了解兵团精神育人功能的发挥现状,并且有针对性的提出了兵团精神教育的方法和途径。Corps spirit is the core of corps＇ s advanced culture. Education of corps spirit is helpful for cultivation of contemporary college students＇ patriotic feelings,Setting up the broad ideal belief,carrying forward the fine traditional virtues of plain living and hard struggle and stimulating awareness of innovation and accomplishment. By means of investigation and interview the students in Tarim University,the author knows the current situation of corps spirit＇s educational function and pertinently brings forward the way and method for Corps Spirit＇s Education.
