人工关节置换术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨分析人工关节置换术在治疗膝关节骨性关节炎中的临床效果。方法：随机选择2010年4月-2014年1月来笔者所在医院进行人工关节置换术治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者30例，在术后对所有的患者进行随访，根据HSS评分标准，对手术治疗的效果进行评价。结果：研究结果显示，对所有的患者随访时间为5-20个月，根据HSS评分标准进行疗效评价：优26膝，良3膝，一般1膝，效果较差的患者不存在，优良率达93.5%。术后HSS评分明显高于术前，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：人工关节置换术在治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者时疗效显著，安全性较高，因此，值得在临床上推广。Objective：To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of artificial joint replacement in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Method：30 patients of artificial joint replacement treatment of knee osteoarthritis from our hospital from April 2010 to Jan 2014 were randomly selected. After surgery all patients were followed up with.The effect of surgical treatment was evaluated accordance to the HSS score standard.Result：The results showed that all patients were followed up for 5-20 months,according to HSS score for efficacy evaluation criteria：there were 26 excellent knees,3 good knees,1 general knee,poor effect does not exist in patients,the excellent rate reached up to 93.5%.HSS score after surgery was significantly higher than before the surgery,the difference was remarkable and statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：This study shows that the artificial joint replacement surgery in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in patients has significant efficacy,high security,therefore,is worthy to promote in clinic.
