非特异性肾周围炎及肾周围脓肿诊治分析

摘　　要：目的:对非特异性肾周围炎及肾周围脓肿的诊治进行研究分析。方法:选取2010年4月-2014年4月笔者所在医院收治的18例肾周围炎及肾周围脓肿患者,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结非特异性肾周围炎及肾周围脓肿的临床诊断、治疗及预后。结果:18例患者中,肾周围炎4例,肾周围脓肿14例,患者主要表现为发热、腰腹部疼痛、腰腹部肿块,少数患者出现血尿、恶心呕吐;18例患者中,4例肾周围炎患者均予以肾切除术,14例肾周围脓肿者中3例行单纯抗生素治疗,5例行穿刺引流术;6例行脓肿切开引流术。经治疗所有患者均痊愈,无死亡病例。结论:及早确诊和引流对改善肾周围炎及肾周围脓肿患者的预后具有重要意义。Objective：To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of Non-Specific perinephritis and perinephric abscesses.Method：18 cases with non-Specific perinephritis and perinephric abscesses from April 2010 to April 2014 in our hospital,the clinical data of patients were analyzed retrospectively,the diagnosis,treatment and outcome of non-Specific perinephritis and perinephric abscesses summar1zed.Result：There were 4 cases of perinephritis,14 cases of perinephric abscesses in 18 cases of patients,the main symptoms of patients were fever,lumbar or（and）abdominal pain, flank or abdominal mass,minority of patients were hematuria,nausea and vomiting.In 18 cases of patients,4 cases of patients with perinephritis were treated with nephrectomy,3 cases were treated with antibiotic,5 cases were treated with percutaneous drainage,6 cases were treated with surgical drainage.After treatment all patients were cured,no death.Conclusion：Early diagnosis and drainage is important for improving the prognosis of patients with non-Specific perinephritis and perinephric abscesses.
