摘 要:以某机车厂轮对生产线为对象进行了标准作业研究,通过对该生产线的生产现状进行调研,分析出影响生产线效率、阻碍生产流畅的瓶颈工序.在此基础上,应用工作研究和人机工程的相关理论知识对瓶颈工序进行优化分析,包括改善作业方法、绘制标准要素表以及对现场物品进行合理定置,制定标准作业指导书.并对改进前后的效果进行了对比分析,结果表明缩短了作业时间,减少了浪费,使得作业标准化,从而达到提高产品质量的目的.The wheel set production line of Dalian Locomotive Plant was taken as the research object, the bot- tle-neck processes that influence the production efficiency and hinder the smooth production were discovered and through the investigation of the existing situation of the production line. On this basis, the theory of the in- dustrial engineering and the knowledge of standard operation were used for optimization analysis of the bottle- neck processes, including improving work methods, drawing the standard elements table and making standard work instruction. The comparison results show that the operation time is shortened, the waste is reduced and the operation is standardized, so as to reach the target of improving the products quality.
