摘　　要：将工业工程有关理论运用在企业生产管理中,通过实例阐述了某企业转向架装配生产线平衡改善的基本方法思路.结合生产线实际问题进行了系统分析,提出了可行的改善方案,并对改善前后的方案进行对比分析,达到了提高生产线平衡率,提升产能的目的,实际效果明显.Industrial engineering theory is applied to production management of enterprises, and method of im- proving assembly line balancing in one enterprise is described through a living example analysis a basic thought. Combined with practical problems of production line, systematic analysis is conducted, and a feasible improvement plan is proposed. Comparison analysis of two plans shows increasing balancing ratio of production line and production capacity affter the improvement.
