摘 要:目的对石家庄电厂职工的情绪智力的现状和群体差异进行调查,为加强电厂职工的个人心理辅导和职业健康提供科学依据。方法于2013年5月采用Wong和Law编制的《情绪智力量表中文版(WLEIS)》,对石家庄电厂的300名职工进行现场施测,获得有效问卷228份。结果电厂职工情绪智力总得分(4.80)以及各个维度的平均分都高于中等水平,说明整体状况较好。其中,自我觉察维度得分最高(5.29),其他3个维度得分排序依次是情绪运用(4.73)、情绪管理(4.70)、他人情绪评估(4.49)。男性(5.13)在自我情绪觉察维度上的得分显著低于女性(5.59),差异有统计学意义,(t=-2.42,P<0.05)。不同学历的电厂职工,情绪运用和情绪智力总分差异有统计学意义(F=3.059,P<0.05和F=3.131,P<0.05);不同工作年限电厂职工在他人情绪评估和情绪运用上差异亦有统计学意义(F=2.626,P<0.05和F=3.029,P<0.05)。结论电厂职工的情绪智力总体情况较好,在性别、工作年限和学历上存在群体差异,建议应针对不同群体进行职业健康辅导。[Objective]To investigate the current situation of emotional intelligence among employees in Shijiazhuang Power Plant,study the group differences,provide scientific evidence for strengthening the individual mental counseling and occupational health among the power employees. [Methods]Using the Wong and Law emotional intelligence scale( WLEIS),the questionnaire survey was performed in 300 employees in Shijiazhuang Power Plant,and 228 valid questionnaires were returned. [Results]The total score( 4. 80) and the average score of each dimension in the WLEIS were higher than the medium level,which indicated that the overall situation was good. Among them,the score of self-awareness( 5. 29) was the highest,followed by the using of emotion( 4. 73),emotion management( 4. 70) and evaluation of others' feelings( 4. 49). The self-awareness score in male workers( 5. 13) was significantly lower than that in female workers( 5. 59),and the difference was statistically significant( t =-2. 42,P〈0.05). There were significant differences in score of using of emotion and the total score of emotional intelligence among workers with different educational level( F = 3. 059,P〈0.05 and F = 3. 131,P〈0.05). The differences in scores of using of emotion and evaluation of others' feelings were significant among workers with different length of service( F = 2. 626,P〈0.05 and F = 3. 029,P〈0.05).[Conclusion]The emotional intelligence among employees in Shijiazhuang Power Plant is generally good,and there are group differences in gender,length of service and educational level. It is suggested that the occupational health counseling should be carried out according to different groups.
