摘　　要：目的了解上海市浦东新区性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病相关知识,高危行为以及人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、梅毒和丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)的感染状况,为制定防制措施提供科学依据。方法按照《国家艾滋病哨点监测方案》,对性病门诊男性就诊者进行问卷调查,采集静脉血进行相关血清学检测。结果上海市浦东新区2010—2013年共监测性病门诊男性就诊者3 070人,有40.36%的就诊者在最近3个月内与暗娼发生过性行为,21.90%的就诊者与临时性伴发生过性行为,0.13%注射过毒品,0.62%的就诊者与同性发生过肛交性行为。共发现HIV阳性18例(0.59%),梅毒阳性388例(12.64%),丙型肝炎14例(0.46%)。结论浦东新区性病门诊男性就诊者中商业和临时性行为比较多,HIV感染较高,应加强性病门诊检测以及强化对门诊人群的健康教育和行为干预。[Objective]To learn AIDS-related knowledge,high risk behaviors and the infection status of HIV,syphilis and HCV among male outpatients visiting STD clinics of Pudong District of Shanghai,provide scientific basis for formulating control measures.[Methods]A questionnaire survey was conducted among male outpatients in STD clinics according to the National protocol of AIDS sentinel surveillance,and blood samples were collected for serological test. [Results]A total of 3 070 male outpatients were monitored in STD clinics in Pudong District of Shanghai from 2010-2013. 40. 36% of the subjects admitted having sex with female sex worker in recent 3 months,21. 90% have had sex with temporary sex partner,0. 13% had injection drug use,and 0. 62% had anal sex with man. 18（ 0. 59%） cases were positive for HIV antibody,388（ 12. 64%） cases were positive for syphilis antibody,and14（ 0. 46%） were positive for HCV antibody. [Conclusion]Most of male outpatients in STD clinics of Pudong District have commercial and temporary sex behaviours. The infection rate of HIV is relatively high. It is necessary to improve the detection in STD clinics,and strengthen the health education and behavior intervention among outpatients.
