2010—2013年上海市金山区放射工作人员外照射个人剂量监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解和掌握金山区2010—2013年放射工作人员外照射个人剂量情况。方法采用热释光剂量测量方法,对金山区2010—2013年接受外照射个人剂量监测的放射工作人员进行监测。结果金山区2010—2013年共监测放射工作人员1 159人次,4年总体剂量当量为0.882人/Sv,人均年有效剂量为0.761 m Sv/a,年剂量低于2 m Sv者占总监测人次数的95.43%,4年内无一人年剂量超过20 m Sv。在不同工种放射工作人员中,从事X射线工业探伤和X射线诊断的人员的集体剂量当量和人均年有效剂量分别为0.538人/Sv、0.290人/Sv和0.813 m Sv/a、0.751 m Sv/a,二者是集体剂量的主要贡献者。结论近4年来,金山区放射工作人员外照射个人剂量总体处于比较低的水平,均远低于国家标准规定的年剂量限值,同时应进一步加强对工业探伤企业的监管。[Objective]To understand the individual dose level of external irradiation among radiation workers in Jinshan District of Shanghai from 2010-2013. [Methods]The thermoluminescence dosimetry was used to monitor the individual dose level of external irradiation among radiation workers in Jinshan District of Shanghai from 2010-2013. [Results]From 2010 to 2013,a total of 1 159 radiation workers were monitored. It was shown that the collective dose equivalent was 0. 882 man·Sv in 4 years,and the annual per capita effective dose was 0. 761m Sv / a. There were 95. 43% of monitored radiation workers whose annual dose was less than2m Sv,and no one was observed that the annual dose was more than 20m Sv. Among different types of work,the collective dose equivalent of workers engaged in X-ray industrial detection and X-ray medical diagnosis was 0. 538 man·Sv and 0. 290 man·Sv respectively,while the annual per capita effective dose was 0. 813 m Sv / a and 0. 751 m Sv / a respectively,and these two groups made an important contribution to the collective dose. [Conclusion]The individual dose level of external irradiation among radiation workers in Jinshan District stays at a relatively low level in recent years,which is obviously lower than the annual dose of national standard limit. However,it is necessary to further strengthen the supervision in the industrial detection enterprises.
