摘 要:随着优质石灰石资源的消耗,我国的资源危机日益严重。众多水泥厂开始使用高镁原料作为原料。本文选取甘肃三易高固气比系统水泥熟料生产线(A线)和陕西韩城韩禹普通新型干法水泥熟料生产线(B线)的高镁熟料进行实验(XRD分析、TG-DTG分析、BSE+EDS分析),同时对实际生产的熟料进行岩相显微结构分析。结果表明:A线熟料的C3S(硅酸三钙)矿物含量均高于B线熟料,A线熟料的28 d抗压强度均高于B线熟料,A线熟料中方镁石的含量均低于B线熟料。根据岩相结构照片可以看出A线熟料的结构优于B线熟料。说明高固气比系统水泥熟料生产线使用高镁原料作为原料,煅烧出质量良好的熟料是切实可行的。Cement factories in China face growing shortage of high-quality limestone,and are shifting,to use high magnesia-limestone as raw materials. In this paper,various analyses( i. e. XRD analysis,TGDTG analysis,BSE + EDS analysis and petrographic analysis) were carried out to investigate the properties of clinkers as produced with such magnesia-limestone in two cement plants Northwest,China.The two plants are clinker production lines( denoted as A-line) with a high solid-gas ratio system in Gansu-Sanyi,and a clinker production line( B-line) with a normal solid-gas handling system in HanYu.Both plants use high magnesia-limestone as raw materials to produce cement clinkers. It was found that the C3 S mineral content and 28 d compressive strength of clinker as produced in A line were higher than those as produced in B-line,whereas,periclase content was lower in clinker as produced in A-line than in B-line. The petrographic microscopic photographs also showed that quality of clinker was better as produced in A-line than that in B-line. Results as measured proved that a clinker production line with a high solid-gas ratio system as in A-line could be used to produce good quality clinker even with high magnesium limestone as raw materials,and superior to a normal clinker production line as in B-line.
