摘 要:采用浸渍法将热蚀处理后的玄武岩纤维毡浸渍在Ti溶胶中负载成膜,在300-650℃烧结制备出TiO2负载玄武岩纤维毡光催化复合材料。利用XRD和SEM对TiO2和纤维毡进行了表征,并通过甲基红配制的模拟印染废水的降解考察了浸渍次数和烧结温度对光催化性能的影响。实验表明:随着玄武岩纤维毡在Ti溶胶中浸渍次数的增加,TiO2负载率增加,甲基红降解率具有先急剧增加后缓慢减小的趋势,TiO2负载率为4.83%时降解率达到极值98.58%。随着烧结温度升高,TiO2晶型由无定形态→锐钛矿→锐钛矿+金红石混晶转变,当锐钛矿与金红石混晶比例为9∶1-4.5∶1时,光催化性能较好,随着金红石相增加,甲基红降解率大幅降低。TiO2/basalt fiber mat composites were prepared by impregnating the pre-heated basalt fiber mat in Ti sol and then sintering at 300-650 ℃. TiO2 and the basalt fiber mats were characterized by XRD and SEM. The effect of impregnating number and sintering temperature on the photocatalytic performance of TiO2/basalt fiber mat composites was investigated by degrading methylred simulated dyeing wastewater.The results indicate that the loading rate of TiO2 on basalt fiber mat is increased with increasing of impregnating number. The degradation rate of methylred is first increased and then decreased with the increase of the loading ratio,and it reaches the maximum value of 98. 58% when the loading ratio is 4.83%. With the increase of the sintering temperature,the crystal form of TiO2 transforms from amorphous phase to anatase phase,then to the mixed anatase and rutile phases,and the mixed crystal ratio of anatase to rutile varies from 9∶ 1 to 4. 5∶ 1,TiO2/basalt fiber mat composite has excellent photocatalytic performance,and then the degradation rate of methylred significantly reduces with the increase of rutile phase.
