摘  要:以KMnO4和乙醇经氧化还原反应所得γ-MnOOH为前驱物,在10 mol/L KOH溶液中于140℃水热条件下反应72 h,制得了比表面积为53 m2/g的带状Birnessite型层状氧化锰。应用XRD、SEM和氮气吸脱附等技术对制备产物进行了结构和形貌表征。同时,在1.0 mol/L Na2SO4水溶液中研究了带状氧化锰的电容性质。结果显示,当扫描速度为5 mV/s时,其比电容为180 F/g。循环测试2000圈后,比电容保持率为72%。Belt-like birnessite-typed manganese oxide with high crystallinity has been prepared with the hydrothermal method. γ-MnOOH is firstly prepared via redox reaction between KMnO4 and ethanol.Then,the obtained γ-MnOOH is well dispersed in 10 mol /L KOH aqueous solution followed by being treated at 140 ℃ for 72 h. The products are characterized by XRD,SEM and N2adsorption-desorption.The as-prepared belt-like manganese oxide has a specific surface area of 53 m2/g. Moreover,the capacitive properties are characterized by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge in 1. 0mol /L Na2SO4 aqueous solution. Electrochemical characterization shows that the capacitance value is 180 F /g at a sweep rate of 5 mV /s and the specific capacitance can maintain 72% of the initial one after2000 cycles.
