摘  要:本文使用通用有效介质方程(General Effective Media)对物理发泡以及化学发泡泡沫混凝土和加气混凝土的导热行为进行了表征。通过对4种多孔混凝土,大量实验数据的拟合,得到了与多孔混凝土孔结构相关的特征参数fc和t。虽然4种多孔混凝土的制作方法和材料组成不同,GEM方程拟合误差在[2%,7.8%]之间,拟合得到的参数t集中在[1.6,2]之间,fc则集中在[0.7,0.9]之间。拟合结果说明GEM方程可以准确的表征多孔混凝土的导热行为,且得到的参数对于多孔混凝土微观结构优化以提高其热学及力学性能有重要的意义。In this study,General Effective Media( GEM) equation was applied to characterize the thermal behavior of different types of cellular concrete,including physically or chemically foamed concrete and autoclaved aerated concrete. Through data fitting of abundant experimental results of four different cellular concrete,characteristic parameters,t and fc,which are related with pore structure of cellular concrete,were obtained. Although fabrication and mix proportion of these cellular concrete are different,GEM equation can describe the thermal behavior very accurately with deviation between [2%,7. 8%]. Characteristic parameters t and fc were obtained which are found to be [1. 6,2]and [0. 7,0.9],respectively. This study is useful for further study of microstructure optimization of cellular concrete for improving both thermal and mechanical properties.
