摘  要:通过收缩试验和正交试验研究了钒铁渣对水泥基材料的补偿收缩性能、力学性能和抗裂性的影响规律。研究结果表明,钒铁渣对水泥基材料有明显的补偿收缩和提高抗裂性作用;综合考虑抗折、抗压强度和抗裂性等性能,钒铁渣和粉煤灰掺量宜为20%和10%,水泥基材料具有较好的力学性能及抗裂性;水胶比对抗裂性的影响较小。The influence rules of vanadium iron slag on shrinkage-compensating performance,mechanical properties and crack resistance of cementitious materials were investigated through shrinkage test and orthogonal test. The results show that the vanadium iron slag has significant effect on shrinkagecompensation and crack resistance in cementitious materials. In comprehensive consideration of the performances of flexural,compressive strength and crack resistance,the cementitious materials have good mechanical properties and crack resistance when vanadium iron slag and fly ash content are 20% and10% respectively,relatively,water-binder ratio has less influence on crack resistance.
