摘 要:采用单掺和双掺石英粉、矿粉制备压蒸养高强混凝土,研究了混凝土的抗压强度、界面显微硬度及其水化产物的微观形貌。结果表明:在高压蒸汽养护下石英粉与矿粉一样也有火山灰活性,单掺与双掺石英粉、矿粉对混凝土抗压强度的规律不同,这取决于其内部显微结构。双掺可使压蒸养高强混凝土界面过渡区的水泥石结构更加致密,同时使得界面过渡区和本体的水泥石性质趋于均匀。High-strength concrete in the autoclaved-curing was made by the way of mixing single and double doped. The compressive strength of concrete,microhardness and interface microstructure of hydration products were studied. The results show that QP also possesses effective pozzolanic property in the steam-autoclaved stage. The difference on the compressive strength changes of hardened cement paste,mortar and concrete maybe attributed to the bigger difference within internal microstructure. The paste became denser through double mixing. The properties of the interfacial zone of high strength concrete in the autoclaved-curing were homogenized with those of the bulk.
