等离子前列腺电切术联合钬激光碎石术治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：观察经尿道等离子前列腺电切术联合钬激光碎石术治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析32例前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者采用等离子电切术（（PKRP））治疗前列腺增生症,并同期行膀胱结石钬激光碎石术的术中情况、术后疗效及并发症。结果：32例患者手术取得成功,结石完全清除,手术时间为52~107min,术后平均住院6.5（5~9）d。术中术后无经尿道电切综合征（TURS）等严重并发症。结论：同期行等离子前列腺电切术及钬激光碎石术治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石具有损伤小、恢复快、安全、疗效确切等优点。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of plasmakinetic resection of prostate（PKRP）combined with holmium laser lithotripsy for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder calculi.Methods： Intraoperative conditions, postoperative effect and the complications of 32 patients with BPH and bladder calculi treated by PKRP and holmium laser lithotripsy were retrospectively analyzed.Results： All 32 patients underwent operation successfully, and stones were completely removed with operation time 52 min to 107 min. The mean postoperative hospital stay was 6.5 days（5 to 9 days） with no transurethral resection syndrome（TURS） and other serious complications. Conclusion： The treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones by PKRP combined with holmium laser lithotripsy is safe and effective.
