无菌保护套在肠梗阻手术肠管减压中的运用

摘　　要：目的:探讨一次性无菌保护套在肠梗阻手术肠管减压时对减少切口和手术区域的污染所起到的作用。方法:选择肠梗阻手术肠道减压使用一次性保护套的患者20例作为试验组,按照1∶1比例选择同期手术,术中肠管减压使用常规方法的患者20例作为对照组。结果:试验组在手术时间、术中冲洗量、术中麻醉费用、术后3 d病人体温各观察指标上均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :无菌保护套在肠梗阻手术减压中能有效的减少对腹腔和切口的污染。Objective： To investigate the role of disposable asepsis-protective envelope in preventing the contamination of incision and operating area in bowel decompression of intestinal obstruction surgery. Methods：40 patients were divided into test group and control group according to wheather the asepsis-protective envelope was used in intestinal obstruction surgery.Results： The indices of operation time, volume of normal saline used in irrigation, cost of anesthesia, and body temperature 3 days post-operation of test group were much better than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The asepsis-protective envelope can effectively decrease the risks of contamination in intestinal obstruction surgery.
