摘　　要：在福建省厦门市翔安区新圩镇1个果园发现莲雾种苗受根结线虫侵染。经形态特征测量、观察以及rDNAITS区序列分析,该线虫被鉴定为南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)。The infection of root-knot nematode to Syzygium samarangense seedlings was found in a garden of Xinxu town, Xiang’ an district, Xiamen city, Fujian province, China.Through the measurement and observation of morphological characteristics, as well as the sequence analysis of rDNA-ITS region, this nematode was identified as Meloidogyne incognita.
