摘　　要：山江湖工程是多学科、跨部门、跨行政区划的系统工程,二十多年来,随着山江湖工程不断推进和深入,积累了不少的研究成果和基础资料。这些资料种类繁多、格式多样,因此,建立一套所有信息数据标准化、系统化,实现共享的信息化平台显得尤为重要。采用B/S架构模式设计,以EV-Globe平台为基础,基于ActiveX插件技术、ASP.NET开发环境,采用C#、JavaScript设计,开发的山江湖三维信息平台,可为山江湖工程实施、鄱阳湖生态经济区建设、政府宏观决策提供服务和支持。Mountain-River-Lake （ MRL） project is a multidisciplinary, cross-sectoral and cross-administrative-division system project.For over 20 years, along with the continuous progress of MRL project, a lot of research results and basic data have been accumulated, but the type and format of these data are diverse.Thus it is very important to establish a set of information platform on which all information and data are standardized, systematized and shared.Using B/S architecture pattern design, based on EV-Globe platform, ActiveX plug-in technology and ASP.NET development environment, adopting C#and JavaScript design, the author developed MRL project 3D information platform, which can provide service and support for the implementation of MRL project, the construction of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone, and the macro decision-making of the government.
