摘 要:采用不同抗黄萎病类型茄子品种,通过苗期单独接种,或者先后接种哈茨木霉T23和黄萎病菌,研究了木霉菌对茄子叶片内防御酶系的影响。结果表明,经过哈茨木霉T23处理茄苗植株后,不同抗、感黄萎病品种叶片内部与抗病性物质合成相关的PAL、POD、PPO和SOD的活性比清水对照明显增高。说明哈茨木霉T23能诱导茄子植株体内产生植保素等物质参与抵御黄萎病,诱导抗性可能是哈茨木霉T23在茄子上施用后防治黄萎病的重要机制。The effect of Trichoderma harzianum on defence enzzymes in the leaves of eggplants with different levels of resistance to Verticillium wilt were analyzed after Trichoderma harzianum T23 and Verticillbun dahliae were inoculated respectively or successively in seedling stage.The results showed that compared to water control,the activities of PAL,POD,PPO and SOD related to anti-disease-substance synthesis in the leaves of seedlings treated by T23 were significantly higher,which implied that T23 might have induced phytoalexins and other substances in the plant to resist the pathogen,and induced-resistance might be an important mechanism for Verticillium wilt-prevention after Trichoderma harzianum T23 applied on eggplants.
